Since 1993 in concrete, since 2003 on our own
Al Schultz got into the concrete business in 1993, starting out driving truck. Over the next ten years he worked his way up to running a concrete plant, which is where you learn what actually goes into a good pour, the mix, the timing, the weather, the base underneath it.
In 2003 he started Schultz Enterprises. Since then the company has grown to handle everything from a cracked front step to commercial flatwork and new construction, with a fleet of trucks that keeps commercial lots clear through the winter.
How we work
You call, we come look, and you get a real estimate for free. If the job does not need doing, we will tell you that too. If it does, you get a straight price and a date, and we work to that date.
We are based in Council Bluffs and most of our work is within about a half hour of here, on both sides of the river. Residential, commercial, and everything between.
